By accessing or using Conductor (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Conductor (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
Conductor is a SaaS platform for orchestrating AI-assisted software development using Claude Code. The Service allows users to create and manage software specifications (“specs”), track tasks, view execution logs, and coordinate AI-driven development workflows via a local orchestrator script.
The Service includes a web dashboard, a REST API, and an orchestrator script that runs locally on your machine. Conductor does not execute code on your behalf — the orchestrator runs entirely in your environment.
Conductor offers the following subscription plans:
Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. All prices are in USD. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms at our sole discretion.
Your content is yours. You retain full ownership of all code, specs, tasks, and any other content you create using Conductor. Conductor does not claim any intellectual property rights over your projects or the code generated in your environment.
Conductor only stores spec metadata, task statuses, and execution logs in order to provide the orchestration service. Your actual source code runs on and stays on your local machine.
The Conductor platform, including its software, branding, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described therein.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the Service at your own risk.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CONDUCTOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You may terminate your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease at the end of the current billing period (or immediately for free accounts).
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by law. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice in the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may also benefit from mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are located.
